Every product is made just for you — we operate on a print-on-demand basis, meaning each item is created only after an order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or item was ordered, or if you simply change your mind. If any of your items arrive damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, we’re happy to offer a free replacement or a full refund if you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, send an email to support@illicitworld.com with a clear photo showing the problem. There is no need to return the damaged product.
Illicit only offers a refund when there's a manufactoring error or a damaged product. To proceed with the refund, contact us by sending an email to support@illicitworld.com with a clear photo showing the problem within 30 days of product delivery. There is no need to return the damaged product. Please note that the refund will be returned directly to the original payment source and may take between 5 to 10 business days.
We accept exchanges and returns only for items that arrive damaged or have manufacturing defects. In these cases, there are no additional fees, and you can keep the original product.
In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. If the customer changes their mind about the order during the shipping process, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
